Jack’s Run, the 11th Annual 5K Run/Walk to benefit Nassau Suffolk Services for Autism takes place 9 a.m. May 6 at N. Hempstead Beach Park, Port Washington. Trophies awarded for Overall, and top 3 Men and Women in 5 year age groups from under 12 to 85+. Tee shirts for all Pre-registrants. Delicious post event breakfast spread. The 11th Annual Jack's Run for Autism Awareness takes place 9:00am sharp May 6th along the waterfront within North Hempstead Beach Park. Jack's Run begins in the South Parking Lot and takes two gentle loops in the park.The course is rated Flat and Fast by Start2Finish. USATF Certified Digital Clocks every Mile.
All Pre-registered participants will receive a free tee- shirt. A complimentary breakfast buffet will be served at the close of the race as Trophies are awarded.
All proceeds of Jack's Run benefit Nassau Suffolk Services for Autism and its programs serving children, adults, and families touched by autism across Long Island.

Packet Pick-up (Number with timing chip and tee shirt) and Event Day Registration ($25/participant) runs from 7:15-8:45am at N. Hempstead Beach Park. Please arrive early.
